The False Friend for MOSAIC Strict

Did You ever abused Your friendship? He has and not once nor twice. He's a checklist NPC compatible with whatever ttrpg you may be playing.  If he's a friend of one of PCs, feel free to introduce him (and troubles he drags along) and events starting from "He..." whenever You like. The player whose character is his friend should also feel free to introduce any event starting from "You..." when he sees his False Friend. 

He is my first #ThisOneNPC and my first project for MOSAIC Strict. It is also my first english publication. I was inspired by works of Paul Czege and things I regret doing.
